This website is owned and operated by Neocirrus.  It is hosted by Squarespace.

Who we are

When we say “Neocirrus” (or “we”, “us” or “our”), we mean: Neocirrus Limited; a company registered in Scotland, UK with company number SC789144.

Governing laws and Validity

These terms and your acceptance thereof (“the Agreement”) is governed by and interpreted according to the law of Scotland.  All disputes arising under the Agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

If any court or competent authority deems that any part of the Agreement is illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then that part will be deemed to be deleted to the extent required and the validity and enforceability of all remaining parts of the Agreement will not be affected.

Processing, storage and destruction of data.

Data is processed both manually and electronically and is protected by us using appropriate security measures.  We will use technical and organisational measures such as secure servers and password protection to securely store data and protect it from unauthorised disclosure or access, accidental or unlawful destruction, loss or alteration, and against all other forms of unlawful processing.  You have a right to inspect any personal data held by us upon request, and correct any errors.

Unless a longer retention period is required by any applicable legislation, we will only keep data for as long as required to fulfil our legitimate business interest, contract with you, or until you request that we delete/destroy it.  Once this retention period is expired, we will securely destroy your data.  Any remaining data needed to be held for legal reporting or financial purposes will be anonymised and contain no identifiable or personal data.
